2007 Scholarship Application
Send:
1) An essay
in English limited to a single-spaced, typewritten page, where you discuss:
a) Your
educational objectives and future plans. Provide any information that would
assist the members of the scholarship committee in your evaluation.
b) Give a
list of awards and honors you have received in sports and other activities
while in High School or College.
2) List on
a separate page your past and present extra curricular activities in the school
and community: club memberships, offices held, volunteer work, etc.
3) Official
Transcripts of your HS or College grades.
4)
Recommendation from one of the professors in your field of studies or from the
HS Counselor for those applicants entering College.
ATTENTION!
Have you included in your package all the information
requested in 1 to 4 above? Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Applications arriving after the July 15, 2007 will be
returned.
Note:
The Scholarship money will be sent directly to the Financial Office of
your College or University by September 25, 2007
